About the event
In this class you will learn how to make decadant cream pies. Choose one of 3 types for this make-and-take experience.
*Chocolate cream / oreo cookie crust
*Banana cream / graham cracker crust
*Coconut cream / blind baked flour crust
Using a fool proof method of making the pudding from scratch, Heritage baker, Gina Guth will share her secret technique using a thickener called Thermaflo. No boxed pudding for this advanced class.
You’ll watch a demonstration on making the 3 types of crust and after making your pie filling you will assemble it with a pre-made pie shell.

Cream Pie Class
This ticket admits one person to make a 9” cream pie. Ticket holders will be sent an email prior to the class that includes directions to the venue, information and the recipe.
