About the event
Gabriele, home baker of Bread by Gabbie, will share how to make sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies and scones. This is a make and take event with attendees going home with scones and cookies.
Sourdough discard chocolate chip cookies are made with browned butter and can be frozen individually and cooked at a later time. Sourdough discard Scones can be made with different inclusions and can also be frozen and cooked individually.
Classes will conclude with sampling the product. All ingredients are supplied and recipes will be shared.
