Our pie crusts are hand rolled using vegetable shortening or lard for the flour crusts.  For the cream pies we also offer oreo cookie and graham cracker crusts.  We use only the freshest ingredients and all centers are made from scratch using locally sourced fresh or frozen fruits and custards home made.  No boxed puddings or mixes.
